The installation and maintenance of massage bathtubs are crucial to its service life and use effect. Incorrect installation may lead to problems such as water leakage and poor massage effect, while improper maintenance will reduce the performance of the product and even cause faults. The following is a detailed introduction to the installation precautions and daily maintenance methods of massage bathtubs.

In terms of installation, first of all, it is necessary to check whether the bathroom floor has sufficient bearing capacity. The weight of the massage bathtub after water injection is relatively large, generally 50-100kg, so the floor needs to be reinforced if necessary. Secondly, the installation of electrical circuits must be operated by professional electricians, and a leakage protection switch must be installed. The leakage action current should not exceed 30mA to ensure electrical safety. The pipeline connection should be tight to avoid water leakage. After installation, a water test should be carried out to check whether there is water leakage at the pipeline interface and whether the massage system works normally.

In terms of daily maintenance, first of all, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the bathtub. After each use, the water should be drained in time, and  body and nozzles should be cleaned with a soft cloth and special cleaning agent to avoid scale and dirt accumulation. It is not allowed to use cleaning agents containing sulfur, alcohol or other corrosive substances, so as not to damage   body and pipeline. For slight scratches on the缸 body, fine sandpaper can be used to polish gently, and then polished with toothpaste and soft cloth.

Secondly, the maintenance of the massage system should be done well. The nozzles and pipelines should be cleaned regularly to avoid blockage. It is recommended to use vinegar water to clean the nozzles every month to remove scale. The motor and water pump should be checked regularly. If abnormal noise or vibration is found, it should be shut down immediately for inspection and maintenance. When the pump is not in use, the power should be cut off to avoid idling damage to the pump.

In addition, there are some daily use precautions. The water temperature should not be too high, generally 34-36℃ is appropriate, so as not to affect the comfort and damage the bathtub. When using, the water level should be at least 10mm higher than the upper edge of the nozzle to prevent the pump from idling. Do not put towels, soap pieces and other items in the bathtub to avoid blocking the pipeline and nozzles. Do not use excessive foaming bath products to prevent a large number of bubbles from entering the circulation system.
